Your sugaring and skincare treatments are reserved especially for you.

We value your business and ask that you respect our policies. A 50% booking fee will be required at time of booking for all treatments which is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please reschedule your appointment online or notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancelling your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and no shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. 

 

If you reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment time, the 50% reserved service amount will go towards the cost of your service at checkout on the rescheduled date.

 

If you are unwell, tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks, we will reschedule your appointment free of charge.
